Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- brown sugar
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- raisins - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- ground round - 2 lb
- oats - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- Bake at 400° approximately 30 minutes until done
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Mix all meatball ingredients and shape into small balls. Bake at 400° approximately 30 minutes until done. I bake on broiler pan so grease drains.Sauce:2 2/3 c. ketchup3/4 c. vinegar1 1/3 c. brown sugar Make sauce. Add meatballs and simmer in crock-pot several hours.
