Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 6 item
  • brown sugar
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • ground round - 2 lb
  • oats - 1 c
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • Bake at 400° approximately 30 minutes until done

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix all meatball ingredients and shape into small balls. Bake at 400° approximately 30 minutes until done. I bake on broiler pan so grease drains.Sauce:2 2/3 c. ketchup3/4 c. vinegar1 1/3 c. brown sugar Make sauce. Add meatballs and simmer in crock-pot several hours. Just before serving, add 1 can chunk pineapple, drained.
