Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 2/3 c
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- canned milk - 2/3 c
- ground chuck
- can chunky pineapple - 1 oz
- several dashes of hot sauce - 1 item
- bell peppers, coarsely chopped - 1 c
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Drain pineapple. Mix water with juice to equal 1 cup. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar; cook until thick and clear. Add pineapple and bell peppers. Add meatballs and simmer 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Ground beef.
