  • can sauerkraut, undrained - 1 lb
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • chopped meat - 2 lb
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 (16
  • juice of 1 lemon or lemon juice

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Season the chopped meat to your own taste and form small meatballs. Add the meatballs to the cooking sauce and simmer 3/4 hour or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. If necessary, add water.
