- can sauerkraut, undrained - 1 lb
- brown sugar - 1 c
- chopped meat - 2 lb
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 (16
- juice of 1 lemon or lemon juice
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Season the chopped meat to your own taste and form small meatballs. Add the meatballs to the cooking sauce and simmer 3/4 hour or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. If necessary, add water.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Ground beef.
