Sweet and sour meatballs

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 2 tsp
• brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
• water - 1/2 c
• vinegar - 1/2 c
• pepper - 1 item
• catsup
• ground beef - 2 lb
• onion, chopped - 1 c
• cracker crumbs - 2 c
• green pepper, chopped - 1 c
• Worcestershire - 3 Tbsp

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Sauce:1 c. catsup1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water1 c. onion, chopped1 c. green pepper, chopped3 Tbsp. Worcestershire6 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix meatball ingredients well and shape balls. Place in baking pan. Can be placed very close in pan. Mix sauce ingredients and heat in saucepan until hot. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 325° to 350°.
