Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- egg - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- red hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Combine ingredients. Mix thoroughly and shape into 3/4-inch meatballs. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. In saucepan, mix 1 bottle chili sauce and small jar grape jelly. Heat and add meatballs and bring to a simmer.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Ground beef.
