Ingredients/Components
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- chicken - 1 item
- jar apricot preserves - 10 oz
- large bottle Russian or French dressing* - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour chicken:
*Use fat-free dressing if watching fat content.Mix dressing, soup mix and apricot preserves together. Arrange chicken (I use skinned chicken) in baking dish and pour mixture over top. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
