  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 lb
  • walnuts

How to make swedish coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. walnuts2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. sugar Beat at high speed, margarine, eggs, sugar and vanilla, approximately 2 minutes. Add sour cream and beat for another minute. Add 2 cups flour, the baking powder and baking soda. Continue beating at high speed. Put half of the batter in well greased tube pan. Sprinkle with half the topping. Place remaining batter on top and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
