Swedish coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• melted butter - 3/4 c
• can cherry or peach pie filling - 1 item

How to make swedish coffee cake:

Cream 1 cup sugar and melted butter. Add other ingredients in order given, except pie filling, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread 1/2 of batter in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Spread with pie filling. Spread remainder of batter over filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake 45 minutes in 350° oven.
