Ingredients/Components
- egg yolk - 1 item
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- sugar 1 c
- flour 1 1/2 c
- butter 1 3/4 cubes
- potato flour 1 1/2 c
How to make swedish butter cookies:
Mix all together. Press out onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325° oven. Do not overbake. Should be very light.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
