Swedish apple pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- to 6 medium apples Jonathan, Cortland, Golden Delicious or combination - 5 item
- sprinkle of vanilla - 1 item
How to make swedish apple pie:
No need for a pie crust and no need to peel apples. Core and slice apples. Fill 9 or 10-inch pie plate 2/3 full with apples. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
