Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- oil
- vinegar
- medium onion - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- 2 1/2 can kraut
How to make kraut salad:
Squeeze kraut dry; add celery, onion and green pepper. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together and pour over vegetable mixture. Let stand for several hours. Keep in refrigerator for several days.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Low in....
