  • sugar
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • sliced almonds - 8 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • sesame seed - 8 Tbsp
  • rice vinegar - 4 Tbsp
  • green onions, chopped - 8 item
  • head cabbage - 1 item
  • Ramen noodles - 2 pkg

How to make chinese salad:

Dressing:4 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. salt4 Tbsp. rice vinegar3/4 c. oil Slice cabbage as you would for slaw. Add onions. Brown almonds and sesame seed in oil; add to salad. Combine dressing ingredients, except for oil, in a bowl. Slowly stir in oil. Crunch up uncooked noodles. Add dressing and noodles to salad just before serving.
