Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- packets Equal - 30 item
- Pillsbury pie crusts - 2 item
- applesauce no sugar - 1 c
- medium apples Rome or red Delicious - 5 item
How to make sugarless apple pie:
Melt margarine in a pan (about 3 or 4-quart pan). Add applesauce, Equal and cinnamon; mix together good with apples. Peel and cut apples into medium cubes.Get a box of Pillsbury pie crust in dairy department (15-ounce box with two pie crusts for a 9-inch pie). Put one crust on pie plate. Pour apple mixture into pie crust. Put second pie crust on top; pinch the two crusts together around edge of pie crust. Put slits in top. Bake at 400° until done in middle of oven.
