- sugar - 1 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans - 1 lb
How to make sugar pecans:
Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan. Beat egg whites until foamy. Mix in 1 cup sugar (1 tablespoon at a time). Fold in pecans. Pour over butter and bake at 325° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool.Recipe categories: Seasonal, Winter, Food gift.
