eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
soda - 1 tsp
vegetable oil - 1 c
powdered sugar - 1 c
margarine - 1 c
cream of tartar - 1 tsp
white sugar - 1 c
flour plus 4 Tbsp - 4 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla plus vegetable oil. Sift dry ingredients. Mix well to first mixture. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased sheets. Press down with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake until golden brown. Bake approximately 10 minutes at 375°.
