  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp
  • cubes margarine - 2 item

How to make sugar cookies:

Combine margarine, oil and sugars; cream well. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together. Add dry ingredients. Roll in balls; flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 10 minutes.
