Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- green peppers - 5 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- slices toasted bread - 6 item
- tomatoes fresh - 2 item
- whole onion, diced - 1 item
How to make stuffed peppers:
Halve and clean out peppers. Mix all ingredients together well. Fill pepper shells with mixture. Put a little water in bottom of Pyrex dish. Cook on 350° for approximately 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
