Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- long grain rice - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- medium bell peppers - 6 item
- sharp American cheese, shredded - 1 c
How to make stuffed peppers:
Cut off top of peppers. Remove seeds. Put peppers in boiling, salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain. (For crisp peppers, omit precooking.) Sprinkle inside or peppers generously with salt. Cook beef and onion until brown, seasoned with salt and peppRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
