Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 1/2 c
- sesame seed - 2 tsp
- whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 3 item
How to make chicken nuggets:
Cut chicken in 1 or 2-inch pieces. Mix flour, salt, seed, egg and water together. Dip chicken in flour mixture. Deep fry in oil at 375° until golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Chicken, Main dish.
