Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- tomato juice - 1 c
- raw rice - 1 c
- green peppers - 6 item
- tomato soup
How to make stuffed peppers:
Stuffing:2 lb. ground beef1/2 c. chopped onion1 c. raw rice1/2 c. chopped celery3 eggs1 tsp. salt and pepper1/2 c. bread crumbs1/2 c. ketchup Sauce:4 c. tomato soup1 c. tomato juice1 can tomato sauce Remove tops, membranes and seeds from peppers. Combine stuffing ingredients and fill peppers. If any mixture remains, form into 2-inch balls and place all in baking dish. Cover with sauce. Baste during baking period.
