- medium cucumbers - 2 item
- can deviled ham - 1 1/4
How to make stuffed cucumbers:
Peel cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Combine cream cheese and deviled ham; beat until smooth. Spoon into cucumber halves. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cut each cucumber half in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into quarters. Chill. Yields 32 pieces.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Low fat.
