Ingredients/Components
- mustard - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stuffed olives - 1 item
- minced pimento - 1/3 c
- hamburger buns - 6 item
How to make stuffed burgers:
Preheat broiler. Shape beef into 12 thin patties. In small bowl, combine mustard and olives. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in center of each of 6 patties. Top with remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal. Place patties on greased rack in broiler pan. Broil 8 minutes or until done. Toast buns. Serve burgers in buns.
