Streusel coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- butter or margarine, softened - 2 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
How to make streusel coffee cake:
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Grains, Coffee cakes.
