  • sliced strawberries - 1 c
  • honey - 2 Tbsp
  • orange juice
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
  • green onions - 1/3 c
  • chopped walnuts or pecans - 2 Tbsp
  • mandarin oranges - 1 can
  • bite-size pieces spinach - 6 c

How to make strawberry-spinach salad:

Orange Honey Dressing:2 Tbsp. orange juice2 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. vegetable oil1 tsp. Dijon mustard Shake all dressing ingredients in tightly covered container. Toss salad with dressing and sprinkle nuts on top.
