  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • bananas, sliced - 3 item
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 item
  • strawberry Jell-O

How to make strawberry salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in water. Stir in strawberries, pineapple and nuts. Place 1/2 Jell-O mixture in a baking dish and let set until firm. Mix sour cream and bananas and spread over firm mixture. Gently spoon the remaining Jell-O evenly over smoothed sour cream mixture and let set until firm. To serve, cut into squares and place on lettuce.
