Strawberry-rhubarb cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sliced strawberries
- applesauce - 1/4 c
- skim milk - 1/4 c
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
- sliced rhubarb
How to make strawberry-rhubarb cobbler:
Mix rhubarb with soda. Mix berries with sugar. Let stand 5 minutes, then combine. Add cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water. Boil for 1 minute. Pour into large pie pan. Mix remaining ingredients.
