  • sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
  • strawberries, halved - 1 pt
  • Cool Whip optional - 1 item
  • strawberry Jell-O 1 small box for 2 pies - 3 Tbsp

How to make strawberry pie:

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Add boiling water and boil until mixture thickens and clears. Let cool. Add strawberry halves in pie shell. Pour cooled Jell-O mixture over strawberries and refrigerate until congealed, about 3 hours. Slice and top with Cool Whip, if desired.
