Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- water
- dash of salt - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1 item
- strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
- baked pie shells - 2 item
- strawberries I use 1 qt - 1 pt
How to make strawberry pie:
Mix together water, sugar, Jell-O, cornstarch and salt. Cook together until mixture turns clear, stirring as it thickens. Cool. Spoon into baked pie crusts lined with sliced berries. Chill. Serve with topping or whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
