  • cornstarch - 1/4 c
  • water
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • baked pie shells - 2 item
  • fresh, unsweetened strawberries - 1 pt

How to make strawberry pie:

Combine sugar, water, salt and cornstarch. Cook until clear. Remove from heat. Add Jell-O. Cool thoroughly. Spread strawberries into pie shells; pour cooled mixture over berries and chill. Top with whipped cream.
