• small scoops vanilla ice cream - 3 item
• additional club soda - 1 item
• club soda, freshly open - 1/4 c

How to make strawberry ice cream soda:

In a tall glass, stir together 1/4 cup club soda and syrup. Add ice cream; fill glass with additional club soda. Stir gently; serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.

Chocolate Ice Cream Soda: Substitute 3 tablespoons Hershey's syrup for strawberry syrup; prepare as directed above.
