cups boiling water - 2 item
box Duncan Hines Golden Butter Cake Mix - 1 item
large box of strawberry jello - 1 item
Topping:1 large 12 oz Cool Whip
10 oz box strawberries, thawed - 1 item
cup jello - 1/2 item

How to make strawberry dessert cake:

Topping:1 large (12 oz) Cool Whip1 10 oz box strawberries, thawed1/2 cup jello Mix cake mix as directed on package. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. While this is baking, mix large box of strawberry jello with 2 cups boiling water. Let stand at room temperature. When cake is done, punch full of holes and pour jello over the cake slowly-save 1/2 cup jello to go in topping. Refrigerate until cool.

Topping: Mix well all ingredients and put on cooled cake.
