Ingredients/Components
- 4 oz
- fresh strawberries, washed and hulled - 1 qt
- crushed ice - 2 c
- instant nonfat dry milk powder - 1/3 c
- can frozen pink lemonade concentrate undiluted, thawed - 1 oz
How to make strawberry champagne:
Combine strawberries and lemonade in container of an electric blender. Top with cover and process until smooth and thickened. To serve, combine strawberry mixture and champagne in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir well. Serve immediately. Yields 7 1/2 cups.Each 3/4-cup serving contains 121 calories.
