Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- raspberry sherbet - 1 qt
- bottle champagne, chilled - 1 item
- bottle red rose wine, chilled - 1 item
How to make strawberry champagne punch:
In blender, puree strawberries. In punch bowl, combine pureed strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and wine; stir until sugar dissolves.Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl; add champagne. Stir gently. Makes about 3-quarts.
