  • water - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • cooking oil - 3/4 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • strawberries - 1/4 c
  • frozen strawberries - 1/2 c
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • Grease and flour pan
  • box small strawberry Jell-O - 1 item

How to make strawberry cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.Icing:1/2 stick melted butter1 lb. powdered sugar1/4 c. strawberries1/2 c. pecans Mix the butter with the powdered sugar until creamy. Add the strawberries and pecans. Pour over warm cake.
