Ingredients/Components

• milk - 3/4 c
• eggs, separated - 4 item
• coconut - 1 c
• pecans - 1 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• Wesson oil - 3/4 c
• box white cake mix - 1 item
• chopped strawberries - 2 c
• small box strawberry jello - 1 item
• Add oil and milk

How to make strawberry cake:

Mix jello and cake mix. Add oil and milk. Stir in egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Add 1/2 of the coconut, pecans and strawberry mixture. Bake in 3 round cake pans, greased and floured, at 350° until done.Icing:1/2 stick butter1 box powdered sugar Mix butter and powdered sugar together. Blend in the other half of the pecans, coconut and strawberry mixture. Spread over cooled cake.
