- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- boiling water
- whipping cream or 1 large Cool Whip - 1/2 pt
- small angel food cake, torn in small pieces - 1/2 item
How to make strawberry angel food cake:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in sugar and strawberries. Cool until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover bottom of 8 x 10-inch pan with half of mixture, then layer of cake pieces. Top with remaining mixture. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or until set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
