Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • garlic salt and black pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make steak marinade:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat. Refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
