Ingredients/Components
- salt
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- salad oil
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 3/4 c
- parsley flakes
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
How to make steak marinade:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 3 cups. Can be drained rom meat for a second use. Can also be frozen.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Beef, Marinades and rubs.
