Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • salad oil
  • dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
  • red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 3/4 c
  • parsley flakes
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item

How to make steak marinade:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 3 cups. Can be drained rom meat for a second use. Can also be frozen.
