  • pecans - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1 Tbsp
  • can mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • bacon - 1 pkg
  • spinach, washed - 1 pkg
  • egg, boiled - 1 item
  • Dressing:2 garlic cloves, minced

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:2 garlic cloves, minced2 Tbsp. olive oil1 Tbsp. honey1 tsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard Shred spinach and put aside. Cook bacon and put aside. Boil egg and shred. Toss remaining ingredients with spinach, bacon and egg. Cook garlic in olive oil and add honey, lemon juice and mustard. Pour warm over salad and serve immediately.
