Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 1 c
- catsup - 3/4 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
- bean sprouts, drained - 1 c
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- water chestnuts, diced - 2 c
- dark vinegar - 1/2 c
- Bermuda onion, sliced - 1 item
- bags spinach, torn - 2 item
How to make spinach salad:
Cook bacon crisp; drain and crumble. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and catsup; mix in blender or shake in bottle. Combine bacon and remaining ingredients; toss with dressing. Yield: 12 servings.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
