  • salad oil - 1 c
  • catsup - 3/4 c
  • hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
  • bean sprouts, drained - 1 c
  • bacon - 1/2 lb
  • water chestnuts, diced - 2 c
  • dark vinegar - 1/2 c
  • Bermuda onion, sliced - 1 item
  • bags spinach, torn - 2 item

How to make spinach salad:

Cook bacon crisp; drain and crumble. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and catsup; mix in blender or shake in bottle. Combine bacon and remaining ingredients; toss with dressing. Yield: 12 servings.
