Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- almond extract - 1/8 tsp
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 11 oz
- fresh spinach - 1 lb
- malt vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- medium purple onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings - 1 item
- Tear leaves into bite-size pieces and combine with oranges and onion rings
How to make spinach salad:
Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Tear leaves into bite-size pieces and combine with oranges and onion rings. Toss with dressing; serve immediately.
