Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• oil
• catsup - 1/4 c
• carrots - 1 item
• mushrooms - 1 item
• white vinegar - 1/4 c
• bacon - 1 item
• hard-boiled egg - 1 item
• fresh spinach greens - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. oil1/4 c. white vinegar1/3 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1/4 c. catsup Wash spinach leaves. Slice egg and mushrooms and carrots. Broil and crumble bacon. Toss together.

Mix salad dressing ingredients. Pour over salad.
