Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- green onions, chopped - 1 c
- grated Swiss cheese
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 10 item
- Tabasco - 1 Tbsp
- Marzetti slaw dressing - 1/2 c
- chopped spinach - 2 lb
- cooked bacon
- frozen peas 10 oz - 1 pkg
- medium head lettuce, broken up - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:2 1/2 c. mayonnaise2 c. sour cream1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp. Tabasco1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 c. Marzetti slaw dressing In large bowl, layer all the spinach, eggs, bacon, lettuce, green onions and frozen peas. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, Marzetti slaw dressing, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Pour over layers and add cheese on top. Cover and chill.
