  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 4 tsp
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • box chopped, frozen spinach - 1 item

How to make spinach rice casserole:

Cook spinach until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Block party surprise!
