Spinach patties
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese
- spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- can chopped spinach - 1 item
How to make spinach patties:
Combine spinach, eggs and flour; mix well until you have a batter. Pour "pancake-like" patties in hot skillet with 2 tablespoons oil. Fry until golden brown (approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side). Take fried patties; place in baking dish. Cover with desired amount of spaghetti sauce and cheese.
