Spinach casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 c
- box frozen chopped spinach - 1 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spinach; drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Bake, uncovered, in a greased casserole dish (top will brown) about 35 minutes. This dish can be doubled or tripled. (Just increase stuffing by 1/2 cup each time.)Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
