  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 c
  • box frozen chopped spinach - 1 item

How to make spinach casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spinach; drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Bake, uncovered, in a greased casserole dish (top will brown) about 35 minutes. This dish can be doubled or tripled. (Just increase stuffing by 1/2 cup each time.)
