  • sour cream - 1 c
  • margarine - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • frozen, chopped spinach - 3 pkg

How to make spinach casserole:

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. Add sour cream and onion soup mix. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with a mixture of bread crumbs, margarine and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

Note: Try stuffing tomatoes with this mixture. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
