  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can beef broth
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • cloves garlic pressed - 2 item
  • Chunky Garden Style Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms and Peppers
  • can Rotel Tomatoes/Chilies
  • bag of frozen veggies - 1 item

How to make spicy veggie soup:

Brown chuck, onion and garlic in Dutch oven- drain. Add Spaghetti Sauce, beef broth, water, celery, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Add tomatoes and veggies and return to boil and reduce and simmer 15 minutes.
