Marinated vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 oz
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 oz
- can small English peas - 1 oz
- small pimento, chopped - 1 item
- Mix all ingredients together; set aside
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Drain all canned veggies. Mix all ingredients together; set aside.Marinade:1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. Wesson oil1 Tbsp. water1 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper Heat liquid in saucepan. Boil 3 or 4 minutes.
