Spicy chicken soup
Ingredients/Components
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 2 item
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- to 3 carrots, sliced thin - 2 item
- to 3 celery sticks, sliced thin - 2 item
- broccoli, if desired - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- diced Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make spicy chicken soup:
Cover chicken breasts with water. Add 2 teaspoons salt and simmer until tender. Remove chicken from broth. Add vegetables and parsley flakes. Simmer until tender.
